  4. Confidentiality: Information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will be treated with the utmost discretion.

3. Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are tailored to individual needs and goals. The coach reserves the right to adjust the session structure as needed to best support the client’s progress.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees and payment schedules are outlined in the enrollment agreement. Late payments may incur penalties as outlined in the agreement.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed in the enrollment agreement. Please refer to the agreement for specific conditions and timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to The MindfulSpeaker Studio’s materials, including course content, coaching methodologies, and brand names, are reserved. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
